US Ambassador Kimberly Guilfoyle attended the signing of the strategic cooperation agreement between ONEX Rolling Stock & Integrated Systems and the Korean company Sung Shin Rolling Stock Technology, at the Elefsis Shipyards for the creation of the ONEX National Rolling Stock Support Center.
“On Monday, I joined Development Minister Takis Theodorikakos and ONEXShipyards
leadership to celebrate the launch of the ONEX Rolling Stock Support Center. U.S. financial support enabled ONEX to revitalize shipbuilding in Greece at Elefsis Shipyards. I am pleased to see Greece collaborate with Korean firm Sung Shin Rolling Stock Technology to continue the reindustrialization of Greece and strengthen transportation infrastructure for Greece and our allies,” Guilfoyle told “X”.
