Water supply in the greater Thessaloniki area was again interrupted on Friday, following similar problems throughout the week. The long-standing problem of uninterrupted water supply and the quality of tap water in the northern Greece metropolis again surfaced this week, with the management of the state-owned and run utility blaming torrential rains in the area.
