Maran Tankers Management, part of the Angelicoussis Group led by Maria Angelicoussis, has taken delivery of the MARAN MENELAUS, the third in a series of eight dual-fuel Suezmax tankers.
The 155,500-deadweight-tonne (dwt) vessel was built by New Times Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. in China and sails under the Greek flag. Its delivery further strengthens Maran Tankers’ modern, energy-efficient fleet, which has been designed with a focus on safe, reliable and environmentally responsible operations.
The group thanked all partners involved in the successful completion of the vessel’s construction, highlighting their professionalism and dedication throughout the project.
It also said that every successful vessel delivery reflects the commitment of its people to safety, sustainability and operational excellence.
