DECA Investments, the exclusive manager of Diorama Investments II, has expanded its presence in the technology sector by acquiring a 40% stake in Dotsoft.

Dotsoft, which is listed on the Alternative Market of the Athens Stock Exchange, has been operating for more than 20 years and specialises in smart city solutions, software development services and digital transformation projects. According to the company’s announcement, Dotsoft’s founder and Chief Executive, Anastasios Manos, will retain a significant shareholding and continue to lead the company.

Focus on the private sector and smart technology solutions

Speaking to Naftemporiki, Manos said the partnership between DECA Investments and Dotsoft aims to accelerate the listed company’s growth through the expansion of its operations in both existing and new markets, as well as through the strengthening of its product portfolio.

According to Manos, Dotsoft is a fast-growing technology company with a strong presence in both the Greek and international markets and extensive experience in delivering complex technology projects, particularly those involving Internet of Things (IoT) technologies, cloud infrastructure, data analytics and data management.

The company’s flagship SmartisCity platform serves as a unified hub for the collection, management and analysis of real-time data from multiple sources and subsystems.

Three-year business plan

Dotsoft has developed a three-year business plan aimed at expanding its customer base in the private sector while focusing on its core smart-city activities, including waste management, energy and water resource management, and intelligent infrastructure management.

According to Manos, DECA’s investment is expected not only to support the company in securing additional projects but also to strengthen its growth through acquisitions.
