Mytilineos: Delivery of gallium packages to interested buyers to commence shortly

The shipment of the first gallium packages to interested buyers in the US, Europe and Japan for testing and evaluation is expected to begin soon, Metlen President and CEO Evangelos Mytilineos said.

In a post on LinkedIn, he pointed out that the flagship gallium project, which places Greece and Europe on the global map of Critical Raw Materials (CRM), is progressing at a rapid pace and is already exceeding the planned schedule.

“Last week, in our 3-day monthly session at our main industrial premises in Aspra Spitia in Viotias, which brings together all Chiefs of Business Sectors and the top management of all segments of Energy & Metallurgy, we were all delighted to see the first standard – package of 500grs of Gallium. Delivery of these packages to interested buyers in the U.S.A., Europe and Japan for tests and trials is to commence shortly! The emblematic Gallium project which puts Greece and Europe on the map of the global Critical Raw Materials spectrum, is running full speed and ahead of schedule!
