AKTOR: New organizational structure and vertically integrated operating model

AKTOR Group is implementing its new organizational structure, inaugurating a vertically integrated operating model aimed at strengthening corporate governance, simplifying processes and accelerating its business development, as announced by the Group’s management.

According to a relevant announcement, AKTOR Group continues the implementation of a holistic transformation and is evolving into a multidimensional Holding Group.

Its main subsidiaries, which have undertaken the business development of each pillar of activity, now operate with a vertically integrated model, a more efficient structure, simplified processes, distinct roles, in combination with best practices and with enhanced control by the parent company, which they support and serve as a priority.

The Chairman and CEO of AKTOR Group, Alexandros Exarchou, stated: “At AKTOR Group, we are committed to consistency between words and actions.
