TITAN concludes acquisition of Vracs De L’Estuaire in France

TITAN Group has completed the acquisition of Vracs de L’Estuaire, an established cement company in Northern France, reinforcing its commitment to further develop its product portfolio in the French market and to accelerate its growth trajectory within the framework of the “TITAN Forward 2029” strategy.

According to the relevant announcement, this acquisition confirms the implementation of TITAN Group’s long-term plan to create a strong, integrated global platform for the development of alternative cementitious materials (ACMs).

Vracs de L’Estuaire has a modern grinding plant in the port of Le Havre in Northern France, with an annual clinker grinding capacity of 0.6 million tons. Its strategic location allows it to effectively serve one of the largest and fastest growing markets in Europe.

Strengthening presence in Western Europe

This investment further strengthens Titan’s presence in Western Europe, which began almost 30 years ago with the operation of the Marseille import terminal. The Group’s expanded activities in France complement its existing European network and will strengthen the Group’s progress on the strategic pillars of innovation and carbon footprint reduction.
