Diamantis Masoutis and Kritikos super market chain officially announced the signing of a private agreement-pre-agreement for the acquisition of 100% of the company Kritikos S.A. by Diamantis Masoutis S.A.
Earlier, “N” had written that the signing is a matter of hours.
The agreement will be submitted for approval to the competent Competition Commission as defined by the applicable provisions.
Masoutis’ strategy to strengthen its presence
The two companies expressed their satisfaction with the progress of the process and the joint commitment to business continuity, the maintenance of employment and employee rights and the uninterrupted service of consumers throughout Greece.
