Costamare Inc., owned by Kostis Konstantakopoulos, announced the distribution of cash dividends for its preferred and common shares.
Specifically, the Board of Directors approved a dividend of 0.48 dollars per share for the cumulative Series B preferred shares, with an interest rate of 7.625%, 0.53 dollars for the Series C preferred shares, with an interest rate of 8.50%, and 0.55 dollars for the Series D preferred shares, with an interest rate of 8.75%, covering the period from October 15, 2025 to January 14, 2026.
The payment will be made on January 15, 2026.
In parallel, a quarterly dividend of 0.12 dollars per common share was announced, payable on February 5, 2026.
