Qualco announced the full acquisition of the share capital of D.D. SYNERGY S.A. following the purchase of the remaining minority stake of 49.9%, for 3.5 million euros.
D.D. SYNERGY, which was founded in 1999, is today one of the largest SAP business partners in Greece, providing customized SAP solutions that meet the unique needs of modern businesses in Greece and abroad. In April 2024, Qualco acquired the majority stake of 50.01% of D.D. SYNERGY.
According to the announcement, the acquisition attests to the strategic vision of the Qualco group to accelerate and expand the development of D.D. SYNERGY’s activities. Its full integration into the group’s ecosystem allows for the seamless creation of synergies with the organization’s companies to undertake large-scale technological projects and expand activities into new sectors with innovative product solutions.
This transaction forms part of the implementation of the strategic plan that was presented during the listing of the Qualco group on the Athens Stock Exchange and lays the foundations for the next targeted steps of inorganic and organic growth.
