State budget revenues rose by 2.295 billion euros to 68.77 billion euros in January-November 2025, compared to the target included for the corresponding period in the 2026 budget report.
According to the state budget execution data, on a modified cash basis, revenues in the “Taxes” category amounted to 64.881 billion euros, recording an increase of 245 million euros or 0.4% compared to the target.
Specifically:
- VAT revenues amounted to 25.671 billion euros, up 130 million euros compared to the target.
- Income tax revenues amounted to 6.720 billion euros, down 45 million euros compared to the target.
- Property revenues amounted to 2.331 billion euros, up 24 million euros compared to the target.
Tax revenues at 5.676 billion euros in November
In November, revenues in the “Taxes” category amounted to 5.676 billion euros, increased by 182 million euros or 3.3% compared to the target included in the 2026 budget report.
Specifically:
- VAT revenues amounted to 2.372 billion euros and are higher than the target by 98 million euros.
- Excise tax revenues amounted to 539 million euros and are lower than the target by 36 million euros.
- Property tax revenues amounted to 105 million euros and are higher than the target by 14 million euros.
- Income tax revenues amounted to 2,123 million euros and are higher than the target by 112 million euros.
