Government sources on Thursday quickly dismissed a bevy of recent press reports claiming that the Greek state will float a bond issue in the next 10 days.
The same unnamed sources repeated that the goal is a successful foray into capital markets in August 2018 – when the current bailout program ends — which will allow the Greek state to service its debts without the support of institutional creditors.
