AKTOR Group has signed a memorandum of cooperation with Onyx Touristiki to prepare and later construct a major agrotourism development in Sani, Halkidiki, marking the project’s transition into the implementation preparation phase.
The project, named “Agrotourism Village with an Integrated Tourist Resort in Sani, Halkidiki,” has an initial budget of around 400 million euros and ranks among the largest development projects planned in northern Greece in the coming years.
Under the agreement, AKTOR will initially provide technical support during the project’s pre-construction phase. Its responsibilities include reviewing the project’s design, preparing value engineering proposals, and developing the implementation schedule and overall delivery strategy as part of the Early Contractor’s Involvement (ECI) phase.
Following completion of the preparation stage, AKTOR will undertake the main construction works through to completion and commissioning of the development.
The resort will be built on land owned by Onyx Touristiki and will comprise a five-star hotel, tourist residences, shared amenities, infrastructure works, landscaped outdoor areas and related supporting facilities.
