The Piraeus Port Authority (PPA), whose chief executive officer is Su Xudong, took part in the two-day monitoring visit for the GREENLIFE4SEAS (GL4S) project, held at the Politecnico di Bari as part of the LIFE Programme.
During the meeting, the Port of Piraeus presented Work Package 6, focusing on the transfer and utilisation of circular solutions for the management of sediments and shellfish waste, reaffirming its commitment to green and resilient port development.
GREENLIFE4SEAS (GL4S) is a European research and environmental project aimed at developing sustainable solutions for the management of marine waste and sediments in ports and coastal areas.
