Titan SA, having received all necessary regulatory approvals, has completed the acquisition of 100% of Traçim Çimento, a company operating in the greater Istanbul area, one of the most dynamic cement markets in Turkey, following the agreement announced on 11 December 2025.
The acquisition includes a modern cement plant, with an annual production capacity of approximately 2.5 million tons of cement, which serves the rapidly growing local market and has the potential to export to neighboring countries and the USA.
Traçim also has a license to establish a second production line, which will add an additional 2.5 million tons of cement production capacity and make the plant the largest cement production unit of the Group.
According to a relevant announcement, this acquisition is fully aligned with the TITAN Forward 2029 strategy, which aims to achieve high performance through accelerated growth and strategic acquisitions, optimized geographical presence, increased production capacity and enhanced flexibility in the supply chain and exports.
Agreement with Caba Energy Group
In addition, an agreement has been signed with Caba Energy Group, for a joint participation in a 100MW photovoltaic project already under construction, with TITAN Group committing to invest 34 million euros for 50% of the project.
Upon completion of the photovoltaic project and together with the cement business, the new acquisition is expected to contribute to the Group’s sales of over 120 million eurosand EBITDA of over 50 million euros in 2027, as well as to strengthen earnings per share (EPS), with further performance improvement through synergies in the coming years.
