Generali Hellas announced the successful completion of the acquisition of the Euroclinic Athens Group from Akkadia Holdings Limited, following the receipt of all required regulatory and supervisory approvals.
According to Generali Hellas, the Euroclinic Group is one of the most modern and established healthcare providers in Greece. This investment strengthens its presence in the healthcare sector and expands the value it offers to its policyholders.
According to the company, this acquisition is fully aligned with Generali’s strategy and its aspiration to be the Lifetime Partner of its policyholders, offering holistic, quality and people-centered health solutions. The integration of Euroclinic – which has been distinguished for decades for its medical excellence, innovation and specialization in general surgery, oncology and pediatrics – significantly enriches Generali’s health ecosystem.
