A self-proclaimed billionaire who led a fringe movement in Greece that claimed it could materialize up to 600 billion euros to erase the country’s external debt and then some, was arrested on Saturday in southern coastal Athens.
Artemis Sorras was arrested on an warrant for an embezzlement conviction.
