Cruise operator Celestyal is strengthening its social and environmental footprint by supporting initiatives focused on young people, education, inclusion and sustainable development.

As part of these efforts, the company backed the Net Zero for Youth (NZ4Y) programme, which encourages young people to develop skills, innovative ideas and projects that contribute to a more sustainable future.

Celestyal also hosted students from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens aboard the Celestyal Journey, welcomed the ONE TEAM organisation for the third consecutive year to support children and teenagers on the autism spectrum, and participated in the Sea Days 2026 initiative.

Chief Operating Officer Captain George Koubenas said investing in younger generations is an investment in sustainability itself.

“We will continue to support initiatives that bring together education, innovation, inclusion and active social engagement,” he said.
