Celestyal has fully resumed its Mediterranean program, as the Celestyal Journey departed from Athens on its first sailing of the season, launching a seven-day itinerary across Greece, Italy and Croatia.

Following the return of the Celestyal Discovery from the Persian Gulf, the company now has both vessels back at its home base, marking the full restart of its Mediterranean operations.

Celestyal CEO Chris Theophilides described the development as a significant milestone for the company, expressing optimism for the upcoming season.

Special recognition was also given to Captain Angelos Vasilakos and his crew for the safe transit of the Celestyal Journey through the Strait of Hormuz, along the same corridor previously navigated by the company’s other vessel.
