OceanPal Inc., owned by Semiramis Paliou, announced its financial results for 2025 and forecasts for 2026, marking a year of strategic restructuring and diversification of activities.
During the year, it established the subsidiary SovereignAI Services LLC, gaining exposure to the NEAR Protocol and strengthening its footprint in digital assets.
At the same time, it rationalized its fleet, selling two vessels and generating net proceeds of 22.4 million dollars by reducing the average age and future capital expenditures.
The company’s current fleet consists of two Panamax bulk carriers and one MR2 product tanker.
Revenue from the vessels amounted to 13.4 million dollars in 2025.
For 2026, the company forecasts revenue from ships of up to 14 million dollars and positive EBITDA of up to 2.5 million dollars, with limited costs and no planned drydockings.
