The total estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of projects developed by Dimand rose sharply in 2025.
More specifically, GDV reached 1.357 billion euros, up from 1.024 billion euros in 2024, reflecting the group’s expanding investment activity. The investment portfolio includes 13 projects at various stages of maturity and completion, spanning office spaces, logistics facilities, residential and hotel complexes, as well as mixed-use developments.
The fair value of real estate investments amounted to approximately 175 million, from 142 million euros in 2024 and the value of investments in joint ventures to 96 million, from 87 million euros a
year earlier. At the same time, the net asset value (NAV) of the Dimand group increased to approximately 218 million, compared to 180 million euros at the end of 2024.
In terms of results, turnover amounted to 60 million, compared to 28 million euros, operating profits increased to 39 million euros from 23 million and EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) to 40 million euros, unchanged. Pre-tax results after minority interests amounted to 41 million, compared to 40 million and net profits after minority interests to 34 million from 37 million euros.
The group maintained satisfactory liquidity, with cash at 50 million euros. Net debt stood at 46 million euros, with a net loan-to-value ratio (Net LTV) of 24%.
