Alpha Bank: Focus on talent repatriation through Brain Regain

Alpha Bank participates in the “Rebrain Greece” event in New York, confirming its dynamic contribution to brain regain, with 102 recruitments of Greeks abroad in recent years.

Alpha Bank is leading the way in attracting Greek professionals working abroad, as executives of the bank will be actively “present” at the event organized by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security in New York, with the aim of connecting important Greek businesses with professionals living and working in the United States.

Pioneer in Brain Regain

Alpha Bank is the first bank to have as a strategic priority the repatriation of Greeks abroad, as it has participated in 5 international missions in the last four years and has come into contact with over 900 Greek professionals from all over the world. In fact, it has developed within the Group the community of “Alpha Ithacans”, consisting of 102 successful professionals, who chose Alpha Bank to continue their professional career and decided to return to Greece.

In the context of the upcoming participation of the bank’s executives, the Chief Human Resources Officer of Alpha Bank, Fragiski Melissa, stated: “Brain regain is a national commitment.
