Intralot announced that it sold its stake in the Parnitha Casino for 8.0 million euros.
Specifically, the company announced that its fully controlled subsidiary, Intralot Global Holdings BV, has sold all of the shares it held in Karenia Enterprises Company Limited, through which it controlled its entire participation in Athens Resort Casino S.A., a shareholder of North Star S.A., which is the company that holds the license for the Parnitha Casino in Athens.

The sale was made to Larimar Services Inc. for a total price of 8 million euros.
According to Intralot, this move is part of its broader strategy, which is summarized in focusing on its future investments in the Lottery and iGaming sectors, following the acquisition of Bally’s International Interactive sector in October 2025.
The new Intralot Bally’s is now a global champion in the lottery and iGaming sectors with a significant lead in a potential market that is estimated to approach 200 billion euros worldwide by 2029, which requires commitment to creating long-term value.
