ATHEX-listed Lamda Development has reached an agreement with Turkey-based Dogus to purchase 50-percent of the company Lamda Dogus Investments for 12.4 million euros, a development that will leave the former as the sole shareholder in the Flisvos Marina in southeast coastal Athens.
According to an announcement by Lamda Development, the deal will be finalized in the first quarter of 2020.
