Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras will reportedly participate in a mini EU summit in Vienna on Sept. 24 convened by Austrian incumbent Chancellor and SPÖ party chairman Christian Kern on the refugee crisis.
German Chancellor Angela Merkel along with the leaders of Slovenia, Croatia and Bulgaria are also expected to participate.
