Russian media: Greek-owned tanker stopped off Libya

The Greek-owned tanker “Panomaris” has reportedly been stopped off the coast of Libya, according to the Russian television network Zvezda, which quotes a human rights commissioner in the Black Sea city of Sevastopol.

The report did not reveal how the individual, identified as Pavel Butsay, acquired the information regarding the vessel.

According to other reports, a Greek citizen, three Russians and five Ukrainians comprise the crew of the tanker.  

The report could not be confirmed in the evening, or even who stopped the vessel and for what reason.
