Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras will travel to the southern Bulgaria town of Kirkovo on Wednesday to join his Bulgarian counterpart, Boris Borisov, in inaugurating the construction phase of the Interconnector Greece-Bulgaria (IGB) pipeline.
Tsipras is set to speak at the event.
