Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras will receive the secretary of the Chinese Communist Party’s Central Committee Secretariat, Liu Qibao, on Thursday.
Liu is responsible for cultural issues.
His visit to Athens comes on the occasion of events to commemorate the beginning of the 2017 Greece-China Year.
