The inaugural Yachting Festival & Maritime Tourism festival was inaugurated on Thursday at the Alimos marina in coastal southeast Athens, organized by the Greek Professional Bare Boat Yacht Owners Association (SITESAP) and the Mact Media Group.
The marina, which is slated as among a handful in Greece up for privatization, is among the largest in the country and a base for professional pleasure vessels in the greater Athens area.
