Development projects with a combined gross development value (GDV) of 1.7 billion euros, either under development or in the planning stage, will form the core of Dimand’s investment activity between 2026 and 2029.

The largest projects underway are the Kamba Estate development in Kantza, Attica, with an estimated GDV of approximately 410 million euros, and the former U.S. military base site in Gournes, Heraklion, Crete, which has an estimated GDV of 351 million euros.

Speaking at the company’s annual general meeting, Dimand Chief Executive Dimitris Andriopoulos said preparations for the start of construction works at the Kamba Estate project are progressing intensively.

The development envisages the construction of five modern office buildings across three urban blocks covering a total area of approximately 157 stremmas. The project includes a total permitted gross building area of 90,000 square metres, excluding underground supporting facilities.

Meanwhile, two affordable housing developments are advancing through the maturation and planning process. However, according to the company, the implementation of these projects remains dependent on the resolution of institutional and regulatory issues by the state.

Dimand’s development projects reflect continued investor interest in large-scale mixed-use, office and residential projects, as demand for modern real estate assets remains strong in key locations across Greece.
