Robin Energy Ltd., controlled by Petros Panagiotidis, announced the sale of the tanker M/T “Wonder Mimosa” (built in 2006) for 12.8 million dollars.
The agreement was signed on 22 April 2026 through a subsidiary of the company with an unrelated third party, while delivery of the vessel to its new owners was completed on 29 April 2026.
As noted, the listed shipping company estimates that the transaction will generate a net profit of approximately 6.7 million dollars in the second quarter of 2026, excluding related transaction costs.
Following the completion of the sale, Robin Energy’s fleet is reduced to two LPG carriers, which operate in the transportation of petrochemical gases and refined petroleum products in the international market.
