A Joint Declaration on the strengthening of economic cooperation between Greece and the United States, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence issues, was signed by Deputy Foreign Minister Haris Theocharis, US Undersecretary for Economic Development, Energy and the Environment Jacob Helberg and US Ambassador to Greece Kimberly Guilfoyle.
The agreement was signed within the framework of the Partnership for Transatlantic Energy Cooperation (P-TEC).
“Opportunity for countries like Greece”
Helberg emphasized that the need for secure supply chains is an opportunity for countries like Greece, as well as that the US is an undisputed ally of our country.
On his part, Theocharis emphasized that the declaration reflects the dedication of the two countries to strengthen economic and technological development and that Greece is a reliable, stable and strategic ally of the US.
“Together, he said, we are shaping a future with economic growth, stability and regional security,” he noted.
