Alpha Bank on Tuesday announces that Schroders, following a relevant notification this week, now holds indirectly voting rights that correspond to an equal amount of common, registered, voting, dematerialised shares above the 5-percent threshold of the total voting rights of the bank.
The bank also reported that Black Rock’s rights now reach 6 percent.
