The government on Friday announced that it will extend a regime of a lower VAT rate on certain “sensitive” goods and services, at least until April 30, 2021.
A lower VAT rate of 6 percent is now applicable, for instance, on disposal items to protect from the Covid-19 virus and disinfectants.
