The Hellenic-Indian Chamber of Commerce and Economy, as part of its participation in the 40th Philoxenia – Hotelia 2025, which will take place on November 14-16 at the Thessaloniki International Exhibition Center, will present the EUTOPIA program, an institutional initiative that aims to create a legalized, safe and organized framework for the transfer of workers from India to Greece, mainly in the tourism, hospitality and catering sectors.
The presentation will be open and interactive, allowing participants to ask questions and discuss their needs regarding the recruitment process.
It is noted that at Philoxenia Hotelia 2025, the Hellenic-Indian Chamber of Commerce and Economy will host seven leading Indian Tour Operators, offering the opportunity to expand trade and tourism partnerships.
Finally, it is emphasized that the initiative assumes particular importance in view of the launch of direct flights by IndiGo from New Delhi and Mumbai to Athens in January 2026, which is expected to increase the high-profile inbound tourist flow.
