Piraeus Port Authority (PPA) S.A. has proceeded with changes in its management, after accepting the resignation of executive chairman Lin Ji.
The Board of Directors elected Han Chao as a new executive member for the remainder of the term and appointed him chairman of the board.
The company notes that the new composition meets the requirements of Law 4706/2020, ensuring the orderly and proper exercise of the Board’s responsibilities.
