Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias will travel to Algeria on Thursday, where he will be received by Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, before holding talks with his counterpart, Sabri Boukadoum.
Besides bilateral relations, talks are expected to touch on the situation in strife-plagued Libya, which has a lengthy border with Algeria.
