Generali Hellas announces acquisition of Euroclinic Group

Generali Hellas announced the signing of an agreement for the acquisition of the Euroclinic Group from Akkadia Holdings Limited.

The investment is part of the strategic plan “Lifetime Partner 27: Driving Excellence”, confirming the Company’s commitment to the continuous upgrade of the services it offers to its policyholders in the critical healthcare sector.

According to Generali, the choice of Euroclinic, one of the leading providers of private health services in Greece, follows its consistent pursuit of seeking and exploiting opportunities that offer high added value to its policyholders.
