Athens’ Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport (AIA) picked up the first-place award bestowed by the Airports Council International / ACI World for passengers’ satisfaction, in the category of European airport with annual traffic of between 15 to 25 million travelers.
The ASQ awards rank as an international “gold standard” for measuring passengers’ satisfaction, with 34 different parameters measured, both airport services and offered products.
