Reds is close to its de-listing from the Athens Stock Exchange

Following the decisions of Ellaktor Group, an extraordinary general meeting of Reds was scheduled for May 22, regarding the deletion of its shares from the Athens Stock Exchange

Ellaktor owns 96.0684% of the total share capital and voting rights of Reds.

Following the decisions of Ellaktor Group, an extraordinary general meeting of Reds was scheduled for May 22, regarding the deletion of its shares from the Athens Stock Exchange.

More specifically, Ellaktor completed, through an Over the Counter (OTC) transaction at the Athens Stock Exchange, the purchase process of all the shares (22,277,743) – 38.788% of the share capital and the corresponding voting rights, held in the company Reds, RB Ellaktor Holding.

The total price amounted to 60.149 million euros, (2.70 euros per share).

Also, from 19.04.2024 until 30.04.2024, Ellaktor purchased, through the Athens stock exchange, at a price of 2.70 per share, an additional 1,047,746 common nominal voting shares, i.e. 1.824% of Reds.

It is recalled that RB Ellaktor is also a shareholder in Ellaktor with a percentage of 45.1% with the second largest shareholder being the Vardinogiannis Group with 29.9%.
