Greek Tourism Minister Elena Kountoura this week was honored as the “Best Tourism Minister” worldwide by the Pacific Area Travel Writers Association (PATWA), one of several distinctions bestowed by the group on the sidelines of the annual ITB tourism exhibition in Berlin.
Kountoura also picked up another PATWA award, as the group voted Greece as the “Best Leisure Destination” for 2019.
