National Bank of Greece on Friday announced a successful sale of a shipping loans portfolio to funds advised by Cross Ocean Partners, with total claims in the portfolio totally approximately 262 million euros.
Nat West Markets acted as financial advisor, while Watson Farley & Williams was external legal counsel to NBG, according to a bank press release.
