Τwo of Greece’s biggest construction firms, J&P Avax and Ellaktor, have purchased a nearly 10-percent stake in a pair of affiliated companies managing and holding the concession for the Attiki Odos roadway, the greater Athens area’s only urban tollway.
The transaction is valued at 57 million euros, with Piraeus Bank selling off the stake.
