The inflation rate in Greece fell for the 38th consecutive month in April 2016, according to figures released on Tuesday by the Greek statistical service (EL.Stat).
The general consumer price index dropped by 1.3 percent, on an annual basis, in March 2016.
Between May 2015 and April 2016, the consumer price index posted a decrease of 1.3 percent, a slightly slower pace of decline than the 1.6 percent in the corresponding period between 2014 and 2015.
