The TEMES group, which operates the world-class Costa Navarino resort in extreme southwestern Greece, is expected to close out 2018 with a total turnover exceeding 69 million euros, up from 57.5 million euros in 2017 and 43.8 million in 2017.
A portion of the revenues comes from real estate activity, especially the Navarino Residences initiative that began in 2017. The marketing scheme sells new upscale holiday homes (a start price of 500,000 euros) as part of a planned property in Messinia prefecture, with 40 built in the first phase, of which 17 have been sold.
